  • Tuesday 17 June 2025 Upcoming non-uniform days As usual in the run up to our Fayres, we are planning several non-uniform days to help us to collect lots of prizes for our various tombolas and the raffle. It is not long now until the Summer Fayre on Sunday July 6th.
  • Tuesday 17 June 2025 School Expansion Plan In relation to our proposed expansion, Surrey CC have published our statutory notice documents (short and full final versions), along with a survey, which have also been published on the ‘Surrey Says' website. The closing date for responses will be 2 July 2025.

  • Friday 4 April 2025 Skateboards and Scooters - Apr 2025 For our last PE session of the Spring term we were joined by Alex from Team Rubicon. We all really enjoyed having a go on the skateboards and scooters. The skateboards were a real hit and some of our students were independently skating around the playgound!
  • Wednesday 2 April 2025 Red Nose Day 2025 This year we celebrated Red Nose Day with Jelly racing in the playground (and throwing lots of it at Nathan!) and we also managed to raise £242.30 with your donations and takings from our cake sale. Thanks to all those who gave their support!
  • Friday 21 March 2025 Sayers Croft Residential - Mar 2025 Some of our Secondary students enjoyed three days at Sayers Croft Outdoor Learning Centre this week. Everybody had a brilliant time! https://active.westminster.gov.uk/sayers-croft/
  • Thursday 13 March 2025 Holi ' Colour Run' - Mar 2024 Our Secondary department embraced the Holi celebrations with a 'Colour Run' activity in the school playground, where staff and students enjoyed throwing powder paints!
  • Friday 7 March 2025 World Book Day - Mar 2025 Students enjoyed sharing stories across the week as part of our World Book Day celebrations. We were visited by Local author Bex Grace, who shared her story 'Ivy Dog and the tasty treats' with us. Classes decorated doors and we dressed up as our favourite characters. It was wonderful to see the range of stories and activities being enjoyed across the school.

  • Thursday 19 December 2024 Secondary Christmas Show 2024 Every year our Secondary Department host a Festive Sing-a-long event where we invite parents and carers in to watch performances and join in with some of the songs.
  • Friday 13 December 2024 Christmas Lunch 2024 Our annual Christmas lunch is always a highlight of the year, when classes get together to celebrate and enjoy a delicious traditional meal cooked by Laura and Penny in the school kitchen.

  • Monday 9 December 2024 Reindeer Run 2024 Once again the whole school took part in the 'Reindeer Run', in aid of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care in Farnham.
  • Wednesday 23 October 2024 Harvest Festival 2024 We celebrated Harvest Festival with two assemblies, presented by Sarah our horticulture lead.
  • Tuesday 22 October 2024 Horticulture - Oct 2024 Sarah has been running some fun sessions in our horticulture area at the front of the school.

  • Tuesday 23 July 2024 Leavers' Assembly 2024 Our end of term Assembly where we said goodbye and good luck to those students and staff that are leaving for new adventures and opportunities. We will miss you all!
  • Monday 22 July 2024 Leavers' Disco 2024 At the end of term we had a fun disco to celebrate the students and staff that are leaving us this term. Thank you to Lee from LR Disco for being such a brilliant DJ. We all loved it!
  • Friday 19 July 2024 Post 16 Prom 2024 At the end of the Summer term, some of our Post 16 department got dressed up in the party gear to attend a Prom with some students from other Surrey schools. As you can see, they had a great time!
  • Thursday 18 July 2024 Kirsty M's Leaving Event At the end of this term we said a fond farewell to one of our longest serving members of staff. Kirsty joined us in 2008 as a Teaching Assistant, then progressed to an HLTA followed by Family Support Worker, Behaviour Lead and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. We wish her all the very best in her new role within Surrey County Council. Good Luck Kirsty, we will miss you!
  • Thursday 11 July 2024 Presentation Evening 2024 Our annual Presentation Evening and BBQ where we celebrate our students' achievements over the course of the academic year. Well done to everyone - you have made your parents and teachers very proud!
  • Monday 1 July 2024 Secondary Communication Day 2024 Our Speech & Language Team (featuring 'Draco The Dragon'!) recently had their Communication Day for the Secondary Department. We all helped Draco find his way home using visual, sensory and auditory support and everyone helped to make it a really fun and engaging day.
  • Wednesday 19 June 2024 Primary & Secondary Sports Days This year's Primary & Secondary Sports Day were great fun, as always! Thank you to the parents and families that joined us, and to the students from Lakeside Primary School for supporting the events!

  • Monday 18 March 2024 Secondary Enterprise Week Our Secondary Department have been working hard on their maths skills this half term. In order to put these skills to the test in a practical way, the classes took it in turns to set their own shops, selling various foods, drinks and other items to staff and students. This gave the students a chance to practice their money skills (and cookery skills!).

  • Friday 15 March 2024 Primary Communication Day 2024 Our speech and language therapy team hosted their annual communication day with Primary and EY classes on Friday 15th March. Each class had their own slot where they came to listen to a bespoke sensory story about a Unicorn who had got lost. A range of communication strategies and techniques were modelled and we had brilliant engagement from all of the classes which was so lovely to see. We look forward to the Secondary and Post 16 communication day in the summer term.
